Cpt. Mike Conger commands the Special Services Division that is responsible for many different areas in the department. The Deputies serve eviction notices, subpoenas, summons, and a variety of civil papers and executions.

You can purchase a notice to quit for eviction purposes, or pick up a subpoena or summons. The civil office is open during regular business hours:

Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.



The Records Division is responsible for entering and maintaining all of the warrants for the county. If you would like to know if you have a warrant or if someone you know may have a warrant, feel free to call 24/7 all the information you will need is the person's name and date of birth.

If you would like a copy of a report that you filed come by Monday through Friday during regular business hours and one can be purchased for a small fee.
