The Sex Offender Division is responsible for maintaining the locations of sex offenders in the county, insuring the offenders are registered and that they report in on time as required by law, neighborhood notifications, and checking to make sure they live where stated.The division is also responsible for investigating any violations of the sex offender act and for arresting violators.
