Agents on surveillance at Rainy’s address in New Mexico saw the silver Ford belonging to Rainy pull up to the home.  They were able to see a female matching Rainy’s description and a small child matching Quinn’s description enter the home.  A few moments later the two were seen getting in the silver Ford and the vehicle left the residence.  About a mile from the home the vehicle was stopped and Quinn was recovered.
